In Year 9, one student's algebra responses were "hard for the examiner to follow" due to unclear formatting, making it difficult to spot and correct sign errors.

A Year 11 student relied heavily on copying previous problem structures in calculus but made minor mistakes with negatives when situations changed; as noted, "she sometimes copies a template without checking if all rules still apply."

Meanwhile, a Year 4 student often left textbook exercises unfinished at home, impacting her recall during lessons.

In English (Year 10), forgetting to underline key words in questions led to incomplete analysis and missed marks.

Recent Achievements

One Clapham tutor noted that a Year 11 student who previously struggled with applying the chain rule in calculus can now combine it smoothly with other differentiation rules and independently solve mixed problems.
