The most inmportant thing is to set un students with the ability to critically thing and take time to fully grasp topics. There are many things I consider that are important when it comes to tutoring such as active listening, clear communication and patience. But personally, the most important to me is helping build the child's confidence about the subject or topic they are struggling with. As a university student myself, I understand how hard it is to remain…
Explain to the students in a learning style they learn best in and helping motivate them to learn and enjoy learning. I think the best thing you can do for a student is inspire them to want to learn. Help them develop a sense of satisfaction and pride in their growth as a student. Instil a thirst for knowledge. This is ultimately what brought me back to study. To this end, it would be my goal to be able to present reasonable goals so that each student can see…

The most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to never judge, never assume and always be ready to help. As a tutor, the most important thing is to impart confidence to the student, where they believe in themselves and their ability to overcome problems they face when learning. Thanks for your email. Our decision to discontinue the tutoring was not due to any dissatisfaction - quite the opposite. My daughter only had a few sessions with her tutor, and in that time gained a huge amount of confidence in her abilities. The tutor was able to reassure her that she wasn't as bad at maths as she believed. This new-found confidence enabled my daughter to discuss openly with her teacher the difficulties she was having, and get some extra help at school. Since then, she has performed markedly better in her assignments and tests.
Natasha is an excellent tutor and I would highly recommend your company to anyone experiencing difficulty with Maths.
Thanks for the follow up and for all your help.
Douglas was great & Liam responded well with him - But the school have always had in house tutoring that Liam was uncomfortable attending - But with Douglas's input he now feels confident to go and take that path. As I pay School fees this makes more sense than another outlay on top. He is making great progress and all is well.
Just wanted to let you know that Mark seems like a good match for Nik. He really likes him and had a really successful first session.
Thanks for your support and assistance in finding him!
