Year 5 student Oscar worked on recognising and using homophones versus homographs, and improved reading comprehension skills by analysing a historical text.
Year 8 student Jakob focused on writing body paragraphs for his English speech, including developing topic sentences and refining paragraph structure.
Meanwhile, Year 9 student explored percentages, fractions, and decimals—particularly finding the percentage of a whole number both directly and in reverse—while practising careful reading of multi-step maths questions.
In Year 10 Maths, one student left several homework tasks incomplete and struggled to recall material from the previous week, making it difficult to build on new concepts.
