I think first of all it is really important to create an environment in which the student feels comfortable and which is a good place to learn. Have good communication with the student to foster a good working relationship and to understand what the student does and does not understand in order to make the learning process as effective as possible. Then finally recognise that everyone learns and understands things in a different way, so try and explain and teach concepts from various angles and take the different ways in which students learn into account.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
