What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I have many younger siblings and cousins from back home, and would usually tend to help them with their school work whenever I had the time. Something that I have learned while doing this is that I truly relish seeing their faces light up with understanding. Tutoring also gives me the ability to connect with them on a personal level to help understand interpret their unique needs.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I believe my strengths lie in the ability to quickly connect with children because I understand the importance of having a positive relationship with them. Moreover, I make sure to create a comfortable and safe space for them, so they can feel more at ease to voice out their questions or concerns.
Most important things I can do for a student π
I think one of the most important things a tutor can do for a student is to establish a good relationship where they feel comfortable to approach the tutor. A tutor should also be able to understand their student's strengths and weaknesses and construct a learning experience based on them.
