What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
My high school was heavy on maths and physics. I only memorized them and did exercises. I always wished to know what is the purpose of learning all these formulas for our life. I enjoy tutoring because I want the student to know the reason why we are learning this and apply it for their daily life.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
In high school, I wasn't motivated to learn more about maths or physics. I know students can get unmotivated easily. My biggest strength is the method which will help them motivated at all times and empower them with a can-learn attitude.
Most important things I can do for a student π
As a tutor, you need to be an entry-level psychologist such is able to realise the student's interests and intelligence. But at some point, everyone needs to learn a certain level of each subject to go on with their life. For the above reason, you help them realise what they like or not, even if they don't like the subject they need to understand the importance of each subject and the logic behind it. You will be the tutor to help them pass the subject effortlessly.
