What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I take great pride and dedication into facilitating excellent learning for my students, I get to know my students specific abilities and needs and apply my teaching accordingly. It is very rewarding being able to help my students towards their goals and seeing their understanding in a certain topic improving brings me great joy. Tutoring is a great way to provide students with that extra stepping stone towards what they want to achieve.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Differentiating and scaffolding learning based on the specific needs of the student. Excellent subject knowledge and years of experience dealing with different challenges. A friendly and positive manner that brings active learning alive.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Firstly, the most important thing a tutor can do is to fully understand the curriculum in which the student is working and having the expertise and expereince to break down challenging topics for the student. The student should feel comfortble and should find the tutor approachable to be able to voice their concerns or misconceptions with certain areas of mathematics.
