What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
One of the most pivotal elements of my studies, was one tutor in particular during Year 10, who was able to bring me from about a bottom 10 ranking student to top 3 within a 6 month timeframe. As such, Iβve developed a strong understanding on how impactful and influential a strong tutor can be for a student, and so thatβs my biggest motivator with being a tutor.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
Ability to break down very complex concepts into very digestible and simple frames of thought. Being able to identify the exact gap in a students knowledge, to better target those gaps, instead of simply repeating the entire block of content to them.Most important things I can do for a student π
Reading the needs of a student, to understand what exactly are they lacking proficiency in. Understanding how a student likes to learn and study, and tailoring my delivery to better meet those needs/preferences.
