What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I believe tutoring is a job in which you can never stop learning. You can stay in touch with the core of your favourite subjects and just explore more of it. More than any of this, the "Ohhh, now I get it" moment from the person you are teaching is what always makes one happy. Each time your student understands something he/she is struggling with, it is a moment of pride for the tutor.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My biggest strength which has been my USP in most interviews is Patience. When you are teaching a new concept to someone who is not a very fast learner, patience is the key to help that student. Apart from this, I'm a great listener, I'd love to hear from the students what they understand and where they have doubts, it'll give them a chance to explore and understand things on their own. Also, as my grades suggest, I'm a studious person, I love to study and teach and you do well in jobs that you actually love.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing is to keep calm and listen to them. As a tutor you can never lose your calm irrespective of how many times your student makes the same mistake. You might have to repeat yourself hundreds of times, but that shouldn't be a problem. It is important to understand their questions and respond to them accordingly. It is also important to stay connected to the course.
