What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I get a real kick out of helping students grasp those tricky math concepts and seeing their faces light up when it finally clicks for them. It all started back in 2017 after my HSC exams when I was tutoring my roommates as they started Year 11. It showed me how much of an impact personalized education can have on someone's learning journey. I love being part of that process, it's really about customizing the learning experience for each student and watching them do awesome in their studies.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My strengths as a tutor lie in my strong academic background, clear communication skills, patience, and adaptability. With a solid understanding of mathematical concepts, honed through achieving a high ATAR and tutoring during my HSC, I can effectively convey complex ideas to students. I'm patient, recognizing that learning takes time, and adaptable, tailoring my approach to suit each student's needs.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important things a tutor can do for a student are making sure they really get the concepts, boosting their confidence, and giving them personalized help whenever they need it. It's about helping them understand, feel good about themselves, and tailoring our approach to what works best for them.
