What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

The thing I enjoy most about tutoring is the positive impact I can be able to bring in a person's life. the idea of being able to help them grow and success and being present in that journey is truly rewarding from my experience. each tutoring sessions had helped me grow as well with my students while facing new challenges together. so far it has been truly a fulfilling experience for me.

My biggest strengths are my drive to improve myself as well push my students to max their ability through my various skills. I have effective communications skills that allows to explain complex concepts to students in their term and in depth. I also i understand need of being adaptable which i have to communicate, understand each student's need to effectively deliver the learning plans and have the best result.

As a tutor most important things which they can do for a student is understanding their student's needs, capabilities tailoring everything to match this. as well as it is important for them to create an environment where a student can openly critically think for themselves and solve problems with guidance. these all comes down to building their confidence in their capabilities and promoting the importance of learning and growth
