I enjoy progressing through each individual journey with the student from the beginning to the end. Seeing them slowly yet surely understand and flourish in a subject they never thought was possible. I believe my strengths is shown through my encouragement, whether the student isn't understanding concepts or still not seeing the results as quick as they expected, I ensure I encourage them effectively and keep their hopes high so as to not lose progress and keep them aiming for the stars ( which is what they are capable of! ).
