What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy being able to pass my skills and learning on to those I am tutoring, and I enjoy seeing students succeed using my methods. I also enjoy seeing students who may have been struggling find some confidence within themselves after seeing some better results after tutoring

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I think my unique style of teaching and learning can prove to be a great asset to me as a math tutor in particular; I like to create formulae and/or step-by-step processes that can be applied to a wide range of scenarios in given areas of mathematics, which I find more useful than using specific examples to teach

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think it’s very important that a tutor can alter the ways in which they may go about tutoring to cater to specific needs of specific students where necessary. For example, if a student doesn’t understand my personal way of finding solutions, it’s important that I can work with them to find a way that I can explain things that will be useful to them. I also think it’s important that a tutor can make a student feel comfortable enough to ask questions where they may need clarification; lots of people can be afraid to speak when they need that as they may not feel comfortable enough to ask
