What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I have always had a particular passion for one-on-one education & support, particularly in tailoring to individual needs. I have had extensive experience tutoring students both privately and in supporting extra curricular learning programs within my workplaces, and have been passionately involved driven by my desire to see children develop confidence and succeed.
The role of tutoring - both restorative and accelerated requires trust and a safe rapport. All of which I have confidently established in the past and present.
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I have 3 daughters, two of which are Neurodiverse - ASD and ADHD.
All 3 of their individual needs are incredibly diverse. I am more than aware, familiar and experienced in catering to individual needs - both professionally and personally.
I have always been passionate and active in my role of developing lifelong skills in young people and tailoring and modifying to individual needs.
I am very task oriented, and whilst supporting their struggles, I persist to get the job done and help them overcome those motivational issues, whether anxious driven or disengagement.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Previous to having my own children, I loved the confidence building my tutoring has offered and I have had the experiences and joys of their success in their personal journeys from both the students, and their parents.
Instilling confidence and therefore motivation for a student is what drives the outcome to their optimal personal success.
