The most fulfilling aspect of tutoring is getting to know my students and working with them to enhance their skills. My biggest goal is to enhance my students' learning within the term/year. After each session, I use a specific checklist to tailor the learning experience for each student. This includes identifying what teaching tools did/didn't work, what topics need improvement, how to better cater the sessions to the student's learning style, preparing lessons for upcoming assignments, etc. I take the time to learn each student's most effective studying forms and introduce them to tools they can use independently.Most important things I can do for a student π
