What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I have a very strong passion for Stem related subjects and to see that I can pass on that knowledge to someone and explain to them something that they had a hard time understanding and seeing their reaction of joy and satisfaction after they have actually understood the concept and students saying that the subject isnβt so bad or hard after all, is what I enjoy the most.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I give attention to details. I take the starting few minutes to understand the child needs and what they want, their strong topics, topics they are struggling with, what they like, they donβt like and things like that. As the sessions progress, I tend to establish a friendly and personal bond with them and make them feel comfortable, supported and welcomed, which I feel is my strength as sometimes children still feel uncomfortable and awkward. I also keep noting small underlying foundational topics that the child might have not understood and then make sure to cover that.Most important things I can do for a student π
I think understanding that every kid is different and special in their own way, and they have their own needs and methods of approaching problems is very important.
