What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

There's a real sense of fulfillment when you are able to break through and help a student grasp a difficult concept they had been struggling with. Seeing that "light bulb" moment where their eyes light up because they finally understand is incredibly rewarding, because I've been there and can absolutely relate to it:) Knowing I played a role in their personal growth is extremely fulfilling.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I hope to create a relaxed environment where students feel at ease asking questions. I don't mind re-explaining concepts in multiple ways until the material clicks. In fact, I will a find mechanism to reward them for asking questions. For subjects such as Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Computer Science, I have an in-depth knowledge, and I can explain complex topics clearly. I can repeat the same concept numerous times and provide extra context or examples. In fact, I can anticipate areas where students may struggle and really mentor them until they have understood those concepts well.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

In my opinion, one of the most important things a great tutor can do for a student is to increase their passion for the subject. When a student genuinely enjoys learning about a topic, they will be more motivated. When students love what they're learning, it unlocks their potential. That energy and excitement will hopefully lead to a deeper understanding of the subject, and who knows - may even inspire a lifelong curiosity about that field of study.
