What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Tutoring is such a great experience to complete. I have tutored previously, and have enjoyed it extremely. Maths has always been a subject that im super passionate about, and to be able to assist others to achieve well results in it is such a great overall achievement that i would love to be success full at. Finding enjoyment in things you do is an important aspect to be able to fully commit to what is being needed to be done. Im very enthusiastic and have always had an extreme passion for maths. Being able to encourage students and teach them maths is what makes tutoring the most enjoyable.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Strengths that i find as a tutor, is im able to find and acknowledge strengths and weaknesses that a student may have. I am very patient, and i know that some students may not be 100% with the work they do and its important to be patient, as they may require tutoring to assist with their needs for any specific subject. Another strength is organisation and resource availability, providing with well resources is a key strength required. Another is my ability to engage well with students, generating passion, and making students able to find learning more enjoyable

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I consider the most important thing to know as a tutor is getting to know the student more and understanding them to their own level of education is very important, for example knowing if they are able to learn fast or slow, cause if so it would require a deeper teaching plan for each student. Personalising a learning plan for each student to discover them. Building their confidence and knowinf how confident they are in each topic is important, also providing support when needed at times and lastly helping them write down a set of goals that could be achieved and see which goals where acheied
