What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Growing up with my mother working as a pre-school teacher, what I enjoy most about tutoring is the opportunity to make a positive impact on a student's academic journey. Seeing the moment when a concept finally clicks and a student's confidence grows is incredibly rewarding. I love creating a supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and expressing their thoughts. Watching them develop a genuine interest in the subject matter and witnessing their progress over time brings me immense satisfaction.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my strengths as a tutor include my ability to tailor my teaching approach to each student's unique learning style and needs. I am patient and approachable, which helps create an open and encouraging atmosphere. I also possess strong communication skills, enabling me to break down complex concepts into understandable terms, and my organisational skills ensure that each session is productive and focused.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

To me, the most important things a tutor can do for a student is to build their confidence and provide personalised support. A tutor should help students develop critical thinking skills and encourage them to take ownership of their learning that they may not find in class. By creating a positive and encouraging environment, a tutor can make learning enjoyable and help students overcome any academic challenges they face. Ultimately, I find that the goal is to empower students to maximise their potential.
