I love that when I tutor, it is a two-way learning. My students learn the concepts more easily, studying techniques, and tips to score well in an exam. Meanwhile, I also learn to be more confident and how to teach more effectively.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
Most importantly, I want children to not only excel in their studies, but to love learning! To do this, I will implement several strategies. Firstly, I like to give hints before directly giving the answer. This is to allow the student to exercise critical thinking first. It also helps the student to understand the concept more easily. Secondly, I am patient with kids. I know how it felt to not understand no matter how hard I tried to. I empathize with children who may take a longer time to understand concepts. With them, I will try to rephrase my explanation in a way that they can understand.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
The most important thing is to trust the student that they can excel. When the tutor has faith on the student, it will make the student confident that they can do well in the subject and thus cultivate their love of learning. I love children
I have a younger brother and 4 younger cousins. I am like the leader of their group. They follow me around and I love playing games with them. I believe that the learner's ages are critical for their future. So it is essential that they acquire the basic concepts in order to achieve their future dreams.
Studying Early Childhood Education
Firstly, I love studying. I just recently graduated from Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne, and now I am studying Early Childhood Education at Victoria University. I have a passion in helping young children grow socially, emotionally and cognitively. Equally, I want to help older children to love learning and understand what the smart kids in school are talking about! My goal is to make a change in children's lives, even though through small actions.
