What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy most is being able to see the progress of people as they improve not only their grades, but their academic confidence and general abilities in their other academic pursuits.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I believe my strengths as a tutor are patience, understanding and adaptability to any students educational needs

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Listening to the student to hear feedback on their response to teaching styles, observing student progress to ensure effective and fast results, and finally the ability to adapt to each students individual needs

About Hudson

Personal Life

I am currently studying a Bachelors of International Studies - French and Francophone Specialisation with a major in International Relations. Outside of Uni, I am also teaching myself Mongolian. In my free time, I enjoy going outdoors, either taking my bike around Sydney or walking my two dogs around the neighbourhood. If I'm not outdoors, I'm likely studying topics regarding history and/or geopolitics, or helping my siblings in their current high school studies (Year 12 and 10).

Motivation for Tutoring

Throughout my school career I loved to tutor my classmates when they found class content too difficult, or if they lacked certain skills to achieve their best. From early primary all the way up till the end of the HSC I found great success and joy in tutoring my peers, and I hope to carry on this passion to current students facing the same challenges my peers and I once faced. I know how to navigate school, and it is my mission to impart this knowledge onto current students to help them not only achieve but shoot far above their academic goals

Personal Ethics

My motto is that any task should be done well or not at all. I am a highly dedicated individual and that carries through to all aspects of my life both professional and unprofessional. Deadlines are never issues and sticking to schedules is a way of life. In light of this, whilst I get paid for tutoring my payday is not the primary concern. My primary concern is actually to go out of a job, because that would mean that I have successfully completed my objective of turning my student into a fully independent learner ready to achieve success after success, thus I would have done the job right.
