I am currently studying a Bachelors of International Studies - French and Francophone Specialisation with a major in International Relations. Outside of Uni, I am also teaching myself Mongolian. In my free time, I enjoy going outdoors, either taking my bike around Sydney or walking my two dogs around the neighbourhood. If I'm not outdoors, I'm likely studying topics regarding history and/or geopolitics, or helping my siblings in their current high school studies (Year 12 and 10).
Throughout my school career I loved to tutor my classmates when they found class content too difficult, or if they lacked certain skills to achieve their best. From early primary all the way up till the end of the HSC I found great success and joy in tutoring my peers, and I hope to carry on this passion to current students facing the same challenges my peers and I once faced. I know how to navigate school, and it is my mission to impart this knowledge onto current students to help them not only achieve but shoot far above their academic goals
My motto is that any task should be done well or not at all. I am a highly dedicated individual and that carries through to all aspects of my life both professional and unprofessional. Deadlines are never issues and sticking to schedules is a way of life. In light of this, whilst I get paid for tutoring my payday is not the primary concern. My primary concern is actually to go out of a job, because that would mean that I have successfully completed my objective of turning my student into a fully independent learner ready to achieve success after success, thus I would have done the job right.

Was highly engaged and was able to reflect on own knowledge to guide revision with some assistance. Showed a high level of knowledge retention across all subjects barring the most complicated algebra content not recently covered.
As with prior weeks, the only area left for improvement is practice, though she is already beyond proficient for her current level. Revision of both content covered in class and in tutoring lessons will greatly increase her already exemplary knowledge retention capabilities and further boost her academic performance.
Absorption of new and unfamiliar content was good. Showed an excellent attitude towards understanding new and difficult content.

Going back to past content revealed gaps in knowledge as a result of low practice. Further practice in covered content should boost Lilians comprehension and retention of content covered in lessons, and also provides a framework of how to revise in future years.

No change to last lesson — No major concerns as of present. Only comments would be continued practice, especially in algebraic problem solving, in order to hone skills. However, this is purely supplementary, with Lilian already displaying excellent skills for her current age group.
