My favourite part of tutoring is the moment after the student has a breakthrough in conceptual understanding, and you can see them gain an appreciation for the content, and their own ability simultaneously.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I would characterise my strengths as the following: - Patient: I am a very patient teacher, and don't mind explaining the same concept multiple times in different ways—as it's important to be able to do whatever is necessary to help the student. - Self-taught: I used to struggle with maths, and took it upon myself to catch up and relearn the basics. This gives me a unique insight into the sort of concepts that some kids may struggle to grasp, allowing me to more easily assist their learning.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
