What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Knowing that I am making a difference by helping a student who might not get enough one-to-one support in the subject at school. Keeping my own math skills up to date. Helping support and tutor the next generation!

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am good at explaining and simplifying both problems and concepts, especially in mathematics. I am an extremely patient person, and don't get frustrated if a student gets stuck on something.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

Aside from helping a student work on topics they might otherwise struggle with, the most important thing a tutor can do is make a student believe that they can succeed in the topics or subjects they struggle with. I make it a point to never pass judgment on another student or make them feel bad about themselves because they are stuck on a topic, and instead, believe in working on building both skills and confidence in the subject to help a student reach their full potential.
