I’m 20 years old and currently studying a double degree in Chemical Engineering and Science at Monash University. I’ve always been curious about how things work, and I love combining that with creativity, whether it’s solving problems, explaining tricky concepts, or finding new ways to learn. Outside of uni, I enjoy going to the gym, working on creative projects, and helping others feel more confident in their studies. I’m patient, approachable, and genuinely care about making learning feel less stressful and more empowering. I tailor my tutoring to each student’s needs, whether they need help understanding content, preparing for exams, or just building confidence. My goal is to create a calm, supportive environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making progress at their own pace.
I’ve tutored primary school students in maths, including those who were initially behind in class. With consistent support and tailored explanations, they not only caught up to the expected level but started acing their tests and feeling much more confident in themselves. Seeing that shift from frustration to confidence is incredibly rewarding. I also regularly help my younger brother, who has a learning difficulty, by breaking down concepts in a way that works for him. That’s taught me how to be patient, flexible, and encouraging, skills I bring into every tutoring session. At school and uni, I’ve often been the person classmates turn to when they’re stuck. I genuinely enjoy helping others understand things clearly and feel more capable in their learning.
