Seeing a student's glow when he/she gets it always bring a smile to my face. More importantly, when they get it, the confidence that they exude from within and the joy of going through the problem solving process goes beyond academic but to self-awareness and confidence building, attributes that the student can build on and extend beyond their academics.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
My biggest strength is the ability to breakdown complex problems to smaller bits (and stepwise) to aid in the students' understanding. In addition, the ability to read their expression when they are going through the problems to proactively step in or to give them a little bit more room and time to operate.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I think the most important things that a tutor and do for a student is to convey the idea that learning should be fun, regardless of whether the process of solving a problem is easy or complex.
