Hardest part of times tables are 6, 7, 8, 9, which is something we will hopefully improve when we get to those tables (6 is already better in other tables).
Spelling went very well since the hardest part of the words is the aw sound which was consistent. 4 times table went well as well.

Started working on 'combining' the tables, ie practicing 3 and 4 together. This was quite a bit harder as it makes counting up more difficult and is something we will work towards.
He did very well at the times tables and picked up 3 very quickly (already knew 2). I purposefully did the spelling on larger lines which helped handwriting as well.

We are still working on spelling. He picked up ch very quickly, but parts of the rest of words were still a struggle.
He picked up the single-syllable words quite quickly, and responded well to the (f, l, s, z) rule. Very good at moving the time on the clock in response to a time.

We definitely need to work on the double-syllable words (he is getting confused between short and long sounds). Also, while he understands times like 5 past 3, we still need to work on 5 to 3.
