What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
I am a current Master of Public Health graduate who is passionate about pursuing a career in population mental health research and have recently relocated to Sydney to pursue a Doctor of Philosophy at the University of New South Wales to commence in June, 2026. I would love the opportunity to work as an Academic Tutor at EzyMath Tutoring and would love the opportunity to holistically support students as a tutor to achieve their personal and academic goals!
My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I have recently worked as an Academic Tutor since August, 2025 and have been involved in tutoring undergraduate degree units in Anatomy, Physiology, Genetics, Exercise Physiology and Physiotherapy. Therefore, I believe that the key strengths which have been developed from this job position have been excellent time management, organisational, and communication skills. Finally, I am an empathetic individual who is an effective active listener which contributes to providing holistic support to students.
Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Firstly, I believe that an Academic Tutor is an important job position which requires an individual to holistically support students to achieve their personal and academic goals. In addition, I believe that tutoring should take a personalised approach to teach students specific academic skills which will help them achieve their own developmental needs and goals. Finally, I believe that the most important things a tutor can do for a student is to provide holistic support and use a strengths-based approach which allows students to take ownership of their own learning goals and outcomes.

In addition, the tutorial provided an important opportunity to build study skills and academic habits to ensure that Molly is able to work towards completing her assessment tomorrow morning for Trigonometry!
Finally, the tutorial ended up running smoothly and provided an opportunity to meet Molly and to holistically support her in her academic studies! Furthermore, the next tutorial will focus on practising more application questions which are more difficult in relation to this topic and content area!
