What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Learning is a two-way street, it doesn't just help the student, it reinforces my learning as well. I love being able to help students grasp concepts cause I personally know what that feeling's like. There is no better feeling than when you finally figure something out, and I want to help students achieve that.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I would say that when I lean, I try to explain the concept to myself as if I was explaining it to a 5 year old. The simplification of a complex concept into easily understandable language really helps with learning. I also absolutely enjoy interacting with kids, and I would do my best to make the sessions as enjoyable as possible and not something they wouldn't look forward to, learning can be fun!
Most important things I can do for a student π
The most important thing should be that a tutor treats their student with equal respect. Just because someone's older or further ahead in life doesn't mean that they command more respect. Everyone should be treated equally and with mutual respect. I also think the sessions should be made fun, the joy of learning should be expressed through the sessions.

About Sadhvi
Turning βScaryβ Maths into Something Manageable
I absolutely love teaching and making students' lives easier. Growing up as a middle child, and being responsible for babysitting and tutoring children all my life, has developed my teaching skills, and I would be honoured to try and use those skills to help.
Strong Analytical Skills with a Real-World Edge
Through her engineering studies and research on a prosthetic hand controlled by EMG sensors, this tutor has applied maths and problem-solving in real-world projects. She uses this experience to show students how classroom maths connects to technology, science, and everyday life. This helps students, especially in upper primary and high school, stay engaged and see the purpose behind what they are learning.
Patient, Relatable Support for Every Learner
Sadhvi brings a calm, patient approach, taking time to understand where each student is getting stuck and adjusting her explanations accordingly. Having tackled challenging subjects herself, she is empathetic when students feel overwhelmed. She likes to use step-by-step reasoning, visual sketches, and practical examples, so students can follow along at their own pace and gain confidence with each lesson.
