What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I am great with kids and I really enjoy working in an environment in which I am able to help students to understand different concepts using my own knowledge.

My Strengths as Tutor πŸ’ͺ

I always try to find a way to get my point across as efficiently as possible. I know everyone has different ways of learning and I strive to find their way of learning in order to help them understand the materials as easy as possible.

Most important things I can do for a student πŸ…

I think the most important thing for a tutor is that you inspire those you teach. As a teacher, not only should you be knowledgeable, you should also be consistent, hard-working and have a willingness to learn. Setting an example for your students and inspiring them is essential.

About Giang Tue Anh

Strong academic foundation in Maths and Commerce

Giang is a high-achieving Commerce student majoring in Finance, with results consistently in the top 20% of her cohort. Her strong performance in mathematically based university subjects and a high secondary school ranking (ATAR above 90) mean she is very comfortable breaking down Maths concepts from primary level through to senior high school. This tutor is used to working with numbers every day and can show students how to approach problem-solving logically, step by step, to build both accuracy and confidence.

Clear communicator who explains ideas simply

Through her roles creating educational-style content and presenting information for student societies, Giang has had plenty of practice turning complex ideas into clear, engaging messages. She brings this same skill to tutoring, using visual explanations, worked examples and practical analogies to make tricky topics feel manageable. This tutor is patient, encourages questions, and checks understanding regularly, helping students who might be shy or unsure to speak up and stay involved in their own learning.

Organised, data-driven and student-focused approach

With experience in data analysis and planning projects, Giang takes an organised, methodical approach to tutoring. She likes to track a student’s progress over time, use simple checklists and mini-quizzes, and adjust lessons based on what the student actually finds difficult. Being fluent in both English and Vietnamese, she can support bilingual students or families who prefer explanations in both languages. This tutor aims to create a calm, structured learning space where students know what to expect and can see their improvement clearly.
