The thing I enjoy most about tutoring is watching the student grow academically and holistically as a person. I find it rewarding and meaningful when I see that I have been able to make a positive impact on someoneβs learning journey.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
One of my strengths as a tutor is that I am a really good listener and I am willing to listen to what the student struggles with and try my best to help them with their learning. I also am very patient and encouraging which helps students to feel comfortable asking questions and build their confidence over time. I am also adaptable and able to change the way I teach or explain concepts so the student is able to understand.Most important things I can do for a student π
I think the most important thing a tutor can do for a student is to build a strong relationship with them so they can feel comfortable asking for help, making mistakes and being honest about what they donβt understand. I think it is also very important for the student to know that if they ever have any difficulties they will be able to receive support from their tutor at any time.
