What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

What I enjoy most about tutoring is helping students achieve their academic goals and empowering them to believe in themselves and their abilities. It's really fulfilling to share my expertise, watch them improve and gain confidence in their abilities.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I am a clear communicator and am able to break down complex maths concepts into simpler steps through my experience tutoring my younger sister (an A+ average student) and friends in Methods 3/4. I am also passionate about maths and motivate my students to do their best and enjoy the subject. Additionally, I am a highly organised person, which ensures that lessons run smoothly and students get the most out of each class.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I am patient and understanding, and I consistently place myself in my students’ shoes to better understand their question and provide effective support. I strongly believe that no question is a silly question, and I encourage and prompt students to ask questions and speak up whenever they need clarification. I am also a very encouraging and supportive person who celebrates improvement when they see it.
