Background
My name is Yogi, I am originally from Mauritius and I came to Australia for my tertiary studies. I did my degree in Queensland. After my degree, I travelled across Australia for work, falling in love with the land people of this country at the same time. I have decided to live in Tassie and pursue a career in education.
Education and working experience.
I have a bachelor of Marine Science degree from Griffith University, Queensland. I majored in Mathematics and Chemistry. I have an eclectic working experience, ranging from Marine conservation and Aquaculture in Victoria and in Tasmania.
Pastimes and hobbies
I am an environmental conservation enthusiast. I love hiking, exploring Tassie's incredible natural landscape and enjoy scuba diving. I love playing and watching soccer and footy, especially my beloved Carlton Football Club.
