I was a C grade student in my middle school years. Therefore I know what it is like to struggle to understand concepts and get the results that I want. I wasn't always an A+ student. I know I have the ways to get the results that students want, in arguably the most efficient way.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
1. Listen to the student and understand what they are struggling and why they are (by putting yourself in their shoes), 2. Explain the concept in their vocab, so that they can understand you perfectly well. Another important thing is teaching them the mentaliity as well. Knowledge can only get them so far.
