What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
I enjoy seeing a student go from feeling stuck to saying, βOh, I get it now.Γ’β¬ I like taking the pressure off, explaining things in a simple way, and helping them build confidence step by step. Watching students improve not just in marks, but in how they think and how willing they are to try is the best part of tutoring for me.
My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
My biggest strength is making things feel simple. I break down tricky topics into clear steps, check understanding as we go, and explain in more than one way until it clicks. Iβm also patient and encouraging. I help students feel comfortable asking questions, and I focus on building confidence as well as results.
Most important things I can do for a student π
The most important thing a tutor can do is make a student believe, βI can do this.Γ’β¬ That starts with listening and then finding out where theyβre stuck without making them feel bad. Then explaining it in a clear, simple way, step by step, until it clicks. And finally, helping them practise in a way that builds confidence and good habits, so they can solve problems on their own not just in the session, but in class and in exams too.
