The most important thing I enjoy about tutoring is the fact that I can be part of a students success. Students who have someone that understands them, pays attention and gives them adequate attention, will learn and grow in not only books and tests but also carry that confidence to other parts of their lives. My strongest suit as a tutor is being able to understand what the student lacks and what they need help with most. I am very attentive and also analytical. This gives me a chance to be able to curate individual tutoring experiences for students. One of the most important things would be bringing a 100% positive energy and openness to the table. You should be open to listen to what the student has to say and be flexible to adapt and intertwine methods to solve the students problems.
