What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

Ever since high school, I've loved being able to help people with concepts that they couldn't understand or problems they couldn't solve. For me, one of the most enjoyable things about mathematics is the moment in which something clicks, and being able to help someone else achieve a moment like this is one of the best feelings I've ever felt.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

I have a tendency to try to think of many different ways of understanding the same concept. This means that when I try to teach someone a concept they don't understand, I can usually find a different way to explain it that might make more sense to them. While I'm a relatively quick learner and can grasp most concepts, I also know what it's like to struggle with academics from some of my earlier years in high school, and can empathise with students experiencing the same thing. This means I can be quite patient while teaching people things they struggle with.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

To convince them that they have what it takes to succeed, and to inspire them with the will to do so. Many of my friends and teachers throughout my life have done this for me, and as a result have instilled in me a deep passion for mathematics. I'd like nothing more than to pass this on to other people.
