I thoroughly enjoy the learning experience of teaching. It is always a thrill (and a wonder) to learn something new about how to teach students even though the job of a tutor is to make the students learn. I also enjoy passing on my knowledge and experience, because students can then use it to make a large impact on not only their lives, but others as well.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
I believe my strengths are my reflective, empathetic and resilient qualities. Reflection has always been my strength, as I always learn something new from different experiences. If I am a tutor, this quality will help me understand student's needs, allowing me to redirect my teaching methods to improve teaching. In addition, empathy is another one of my strengths, as I can understand the struggle and stress students have to go through, so I will help by reassuring them. Tutors must always be there for the student. If there is anything the student needs, the tutor should always support the student and help them through their struggles. I believe it is the tutors job to put effort in and provide direction for the student, for example, showing the student which questions to watch out for, from past experience. It is very important to tell the student that it is you (the tutor), who fails if the student gets the bad mark, because you did not direct or teach them well enough.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
