What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
To be honest, the most enjoyable thing about tutoring is the time at the end of the session when the student smiles at me and tells me that I was successful to make the learning easy and convenient for him/her. I cannot describe enough how much that means to me and being helpful.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
I think my most important strength is my attitude. I never consider any image of any student based upon their past results. I always try my best to be friendly and make them feel comfortable so the ideation stays fluid. Besides, I try to make every student of mine realize that their words do matter to me whether these are right or wrong.Most important things I can do for a student π
The biggest problem I have experienced in my student life is consistency oriented obstacles. I would often get frustrated and there was no proper guidance to tell me not to lose hope. Most of the tutors can be very good teachers, but very few can be good motivators. I am definitely not the best, but I have always tried to motivate students to go on and keep learning even though sometimes it is very tough to pursue. So besides tutoring, a tutor can motivate and help students to move forward and be helpful, patient and kind to them, and I reckon these are the most important responsibilities.Subjects Tutored π
