What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I really enjoy seeing the progress in the students, I have worked as a teachers assistant for a bit more than two years now and just observing the progress from the children and how they learn and grow from your lessons is just the most rewarding experience. For this reason is teaching is actually a passion of mine, I have gone to Vietnam to volunteer in an orphanage to teach the children english and I work in Lynwood as a teachers assistant for kids who have learning disabilities and struggle in high-school. This is why I believe tutoring is a very rewarding experience for me.

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Due of my experience so far and having two younger brothers, I believe that I am quite a patient and understanding teacher. I can take time and explain it over and over using different methodology until the student can fully grasp the concepts and is able to perfect the subject. I also have experience using different methods to teach different topics, this is something I believe is crucial for a tutor as all students are not the same and different students need a different approach to ensure they learn their content to the best of their ability.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important things a tutor can do for a student is to be understanding and patient. Being impulsive and not accomodating for the students needs will only negatively impact the student and overall his learning. Every tutor should move at a students own pace to ensure the student has understood the concepts and can master the subject. A tutor should also approach each subject in a student orientated manner, no student is the same and different students are different types of learners. Some could be diagrammatical and some could be theoretical, tutors should accomodate for this.
