I enjoy giving students the guidance and support to learn and grow as individuals. I have a strong focus on allowing students to develop understanding and mastery of the subjects I tutor them in. The most important things are to be gentle and to guide the student in a caring way. Listen when the student speaks and take any feedback on board. I like to use the 2 stars and a wish method to identify and recognise students' strengths whilst identifying areas they'd like to work on.
