What do I enjoy most about tutoring? π
Being a tutor gives me a precious chance to communicate and help other students who might now cope with crisis between their parental expectation and desire to do what they want. Moreover, I personally enjoy doing tutor because this job are flexible regarding time and self organisation which enables me to explore my other area of interests.My Strengths as Tutor πͺ
In all honesty, I think leadership, problem solving and self discipline to be my strengths as a tutor. Leadership presents myself as a decision maker and risk taker to change with the world. It is boring to me to keep doing the same thing over and over so I like to have alternating yet engaging methods to draw studentβs interest on doing whatever subjects they are doing. Besides, being self disciplined is the personal trait that helps me stick to what I decide to do and not give up easily.Most important things I can do for a student π
Being understanding and listening is one of the most important things a tutor can do for a student. I will not force my students to do the way I want and yet let them experience the outcome of their actions to come to an agreement between both. Besides, in my belief, a tutor should be mentally supportive to the student because school is a complicating area where the student undergoes both physical and mental changes.
