The most important things a tutor can do for a student is to help the student, such as working out what the student is struggling with or knowledge deficiency. After gaining a good understanding of the student needs, then as a tutor I will be able to work out a lesson plan for the student targeting specific areas. After all student learn at different pace and pick up things differently.
