Engaging with like-minded people who are learning something new. Watching them develop skills and understandings of concepts that were previously alien to them gives me a great feeling of contentedness. I am very patient, having worked in childcare and around primary school-aged children for 4+ years I have lots of experience explaining and getting along with younger students. My knowledge of maths and physics are still great, I have a younger brother who is in year 10 and I help him out with his sciences still. I am consistent and punctual, I wouldn't leave someone hanging. I know how important maintaining a study routine is to success.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Being patient and encouraging, some students don't grasp concepts right off the bat. You have to be consistent and able to persist with them to help them fully achieve potential. If a student feels under pressure then it can hinder their ability to learn, or even make them give up altogether. Supporting them to let them know they will eventually be able to do it is very important to avoid feelings of helplessness. Being consistent and punctual with your students, cancelling on someone or being late can throw their whole day out of whack. I would do my best to never do this to someone else.Subjects Tutored 🎓
