What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁

I enjoy interacting with young children and sharing academic knowledge between myself and them. I also love seeing their faces light up when they understand a question or concept!

My Strengths as Tutor 💪

Patience and understanding are my greatest strengths when it comes to tutoring. It is very important to take the time to allow children to process and fully comprehend a topic. It also allows them to ask any questions that they may have in order to reconsolidate their understanding. Another strength I have is kindness and good communication skills. These will help to engage students and they may be more inclined to continue attending tutoring classes, as well as have a greater love and eagerness to learn.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

The most important things a tutor can do for a student would be to provide comfort and support. This I believe would help a student feel that they are welcome to express any concerns and ask questions in order to further their learning. As tutors, we are there to provide additional assistance when it comes to the student's learning, so if they don't feel comfortable or that they are not receiving adequate support in their studies, then they would feel less inclined to enjoy learning.
