My Strengths as Tutor 💪

My strengths would be my patience and an unwillingness to give up on a problem or issue. If a student is still struggling with a problem, I would try different ways or methods to make sure they understood the issue rather than just giving up. My weakness would be the expectations that I can set. Sometimes, even with myself, I raise the bar a bit too high and have high expectations of what I can acheive. I can understand that this can sometimes add stress rather than motivate students to work harder. I realise very quickly if this occurs and try to become more accomodating to the student.

Most important things I can do for a student 🏅

I think the most important thing a tutor can do is believe in their student. Belief can be the most motivating factor to a student's learning because they realise that someone sees potential in them and that with hard work and attempting problems, they can achieve more than what they orignally set out to do.
