What do I enjoy most about tutoring? ๐
When I started teaching I noticed that it is one of the most satisfactory jobs in the world. It is pleasure to see how a person learns from you and grow constantly because of you. The best part is when I take a situation or topic that a child or a teenager don't understand and solve it with my guidance. After that, you look at them and feel that everything is well now. A tutor should be good at listening. Tutors need to listen to their students to understand their needs. A tutor should have quick thinking. It is very useful so you can "read" the student and teach in an appropriate way. For instance, some students don't like tutoring in a funny way so the tutor has to notice that and change if it is necessary. A tutor should use the right language. Respect is very important for everyone and tutors have to talk kindly with the right words so students can understand and feel comfortable.Most important things I can do for a student ๐
