This includes observing the student's strengths and weaknesses in their attitudes, behaviours and learning space. I then organise this information to form a long-term strategy to accommodate for their needs, leaving room for any adjustments needed and wanted. I believe the most important things a tutor can do for a student is to optimise their environment for efficient and non-distracting lessons. This involves first and foremost making changes to their physical environment, changing attitudes towards school-work and education, as well as creating a more easy-going, lighthearted, passionate yet flexible environment for the student to work at their optimal and most ideal pace.
