Firstly, I think tutors should be friendly toward students and they should try students to be comfortable around them. The students will ask all the questions they do not understand only if they feel comfortable around their tutors. Secondly, tutors need to be patient with students and explain every questions students can ask for. Lastly, tutors can motivate students to participate and focus, and even bring introverted students out of their shells.
