Being able to teach to a variety of different learners. Over my early times of tutoring I've dealt with a lot of frustration from unconventional students, on my part and theirs. This forced me to start trying to improve my classes, writing notes on what I thought could be changed after each sessions, and asking questions about the quality of my tutoring to my students, as well.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
Let the students learn at their own pace and not force them to advance in the material when not ready. I think the most important thing depends on what the student goals are, so being aware of what the student wants/needs is a good idea.Tutoring students in 👦 👧
