What do I enjoy most about tutoring? 😁
In tutoring, as cliche as it sounds, I find the joy of giving knowledge. I love teaching which is why I aspire to enter academia eventually. My favourite part is when my students get so absorbed in learning that they ask me questions beyond what they need to know - which I very happily answer! When this happens, it is a bright happy indication that my philosophy of learning for the joy of knowledge is being cultivate.My Strengths as Tutor 💪
One of the strengths that I have as a tutor is that I have a great sense of empathy and patience which stems from both my personal and academic experience. Students will struggle. That's the point of learning because if everything is too easy then they are not being challenged. My strength is not to condemn them for going at their own pace but to understand them and construct strategies as to how to accelerate their growth following the structure that suits them. Another one of my strength is my communication skills as I am able to adapt my delivery to what is most comfortable for them.Most important things I can do for a student 🏅
I always believe. Such a wide and open sentence, and again, it is a cliche sentence but it is my utmost sincere value that I sternly hold on to. Never give any student a label. I have had many individuals whisper to me about another's "hopeless" academic ability or their "stubbornness" and "ignorance." I always believe that they can do it. I always believe that they can improve. I always believe that they are capable of growing into the person they wish to be.
